Marios Menelaou is a bass player currently based in Cyprus . In 2010, he began his studies in the Conservatory of Amsterdam focusing on jazz music and electric bass guitar. In 2015, he was awarded a scholarship and studied traditional Balinese music in the University of ISI Denpasar in Bali, Indonesia. In September 2016, he returned to Cyprus and dedicated his time in music composition, teaching and performing along with various Cypriots and foreign musicians. In January 2018 he moved to Mumbai India where he was the Head of the Western Performance Department at the True school of Music until October 2022. During those years he has performed around India with musicians across the country.
